Account Representative

We are seeking a talented Account Representative to join our Member Experience team at Movati Athletic. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for nurturing new business accounts and exceeding new membership sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Generate sales leads and match each new member's unique needs, interests, and goals with the right Club products, services, and people.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to current members, including answering member questions, managing and resolving concerns, and ensuring members and guests feel welcomed.
- Maintain regular contact with Club members to retain them, motivate them, and assist them in meeting their health and fitness goals.
- Post-secondary education related to the health and fitness industry is an asset.
- 1+ years of related sales and customer service experience are required.
- Related industry experience is an asset (i.e., retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.).
