About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at GN IT & Management Solutions Inc. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and network administration, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance to clients, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an IT services company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, MS Office, and other desktop applications
  • Knowledge of networking hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Benefits

As a Technical Support Specialist with GN IT & Management Solutions Inc., you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
