The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities. They will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, coordinating and planning for office services, and assisting in the preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be efficient in interpersonal interactions, and be organized and reliable. They will also have experience working in a permanent position with a duration of 1 year to less than 2 years, and be fluent in English.
