We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Passion Salon and Spa. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines. Additionally, you will schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and provide customer service. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent, and 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent. The hours of work are 30-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments

Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent
