About the Role

The Talent Acquisition and People Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of Rehab First Inc. by leading the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top-tier healthcare talent
  • Collaborate with the Executive Management Team to design and implement HR solutions that align with the company's business objectives
  • Network with industry partners, academic institutions, and healthcare organizations to identify and develop strategic partnerships
  • Administer and establish the company's compensation and benefits, training, and HR-related legal and regulatory practices and policies
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to employees to ensure their success and growth within the organization
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
  • CHRP designation
  • Extensive experience in human resources management, specializing in cultivating positive employee relations and successfully acquiring and supporting top-tier healthcare talent
  • Experience in the Canadian private and public healthcare sectors
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and rapport with candidates and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to source and develop talent, manage projects from inception to completion, organize and prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve outcomes aligned with the company's goals
