Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at VOLKSWAGEN Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand talent needs and develop recruitment plans
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support talent acquisition initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to inform future talent acquisition strategies
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of immigration legislation and visa sponsorship requirements
