About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition professional to lead our recruitment efforts in North America. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition plans that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that meet our business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and educational institutions to identify potential candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure we're meeting our goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition plans.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of immigration legislation and visa sponsorship requirements.
