Position Overview
The primary objective of this role is to meet specific enrolment targets by proactively engaging, advising, and motivating prospective students to finalize their applications and secure their place at the university. This involves reaching out to a designated pool of candidates, participating in scheduled in-person and virtual recruitment events, and delivering essential information and guidance to potential students and their families. The role requires maintaining regular communication and achieving set performance metrics that contribute to the overall enrolment objectives of the institution.
Core Responsibilities
- Meet individual enrolment targets by ensuring timely communication with all assigned candidates and their families.
- Provide thorough and documented follow-up with all applicants to facilitate their transition into the university through various communication channels including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
- Oversee the admissions process while adhering to institutional policies and the university's mission. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the application process aligns with admission decisions.
- Stay informed about academic programs, student life, and other areas of interest to prospective students.
- Act as a key point of contact between students, faculty advisors, and support services.
- Build and nurture relationships with schools, community organizations, and churches to enhance the university's presence in designated areas.
- Assist in organizing campus visits, including group tours and individual appointments.
- Effectively manage assigned projects and events, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to meet objectives.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work hours and travel commitments during peak recruitment periods.
- Explore and implement innovative strategies to enhance recruitment efforts and increase enrolment.
- Promote the university within the community and engage with various stakeholders in the recruitment region.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in admissions or sales preferred.
