Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Enrolment Advisor to join our team at Trinity Western University. As an Enrolment Advisor, you will play a critical role in achieving our enrolment goals by actively recruiting, advising, and encouraging students to complete their applications and enroll into the university.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual enrolment goals by communicating promptly with assigned students and families, providing consistent and well-documented follow-up, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on relevant academic programs and student life activities.
  • Provide oversight to the application process, maintaining admissions policy and overall university mission, and liaising with Data Services to ensure the admission application process is responsive to the admission decision process.
  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with deep well schools, churches, and relevant organizations to expand the university's footprint in assigned regions.
  • Assist with campus visits, including organized group visits, individual appointments, and campus tours, and manage to completion assigned events and projects.
  • Display leadership in the promotion of the university to the wider community and constituencies of their recruitment region.
Requirements
  • BA required; MA preferred.
  • Experience in an Admissions or sales environment preferred.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle due to daily (local) travel requirements.
  • Reliable home WiFi with appropriate workspace for virtual meetings and events.
