Position Overview

The primary objective of this role is to meet specific enrolment targets by proactively engaging, advising, and motivating prospective students to finalize their applications and secure their place at the university. This involves reaching out to a designated database, participating in scheduled fairs or meetings, and providing essential information and guidance to potential students and their families. The role requires maintaining regular communication and achieving set numerical targets to support the overall enrolment objectives of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet individual enrolment targets by effectively communicating with all assigned students and their families.
  • Ensure thorough follow-up with all applicants through various communication channels to facilitate their onboarding process.
  • Oversee the application workflow, adhering to admissions policies and the university's mission, while collaborating with Data Services to enhance the admission process.
  • Stay informed about academic programs, student life, events, and other areas of interest to students.
  • Act as a liaison between faculty advisors, program directors, student services, and assigned students and families.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local schools, churches, and organizations to broaden the university's outreach in designated areas.
  • Assist in organizing campus visits, including group tours and individual appointments.
  • Successfully manage assigned events and projects, ensuring effective communication to meet objectives.
  • Exhibit flexibility in work hours, travel commitments, and staff coverage during peak recruitment periods.
  • Proactively seek new initiatives and strategies within assigned recruitment regions to enhance enrolment and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate leadership in promoting the university within the broader community.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: Background in admissions or sales preferred.
