Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to every customer interaction, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems.
- Financial Transactions:
- Complete a broad range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other transactions, in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Business Objectives:
- Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to advice goals and promoting products and services.
- Understand and apply operating policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration:
- Participate fully as a member of the team, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Support the team by continuously developing knowledge in own area and participating in personal performance management and development activities.
- Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in Spanish.
