Job Summary:

The Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling day-to-day customer inquiries, and assisting with payments. The ideal candidate will be a team player, eager to learn, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via intercom or telephone to provide assistance and resolve issues.
  • Identify and respond to emergency and non-emergency situations on site.
  • Manage cash handling and shift reporting.
  • Remotely access the parking control system to troubleshoot and provide level-1 customer support.
  • Manage incidents from logging to escalation using incident management software.
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.

Attributes and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent technical communication skills to explain complex solutions and processes clearly.
  • Collaborative and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-managed with accurate following of instructions.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and stay positive under high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills, with experience in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to learn new software and applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
