Job Summary As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispensing online orders with high-quality standards and accuracy, while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Job Description Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. You will be responsible for efficiently picking and assembling orders from various temperature areas, packing orders with attention to detail, ensuring products are of the highest quality, and correctly documenting and labeling all orders. Main Responsibilities:
  • Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind.
  • Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products and exact quantities.
  • Ensure products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
  • Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area.
