Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of online orders to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with precision and quality in mind to meet customer expectations.
  • Pack orders with attention to detail, ensuring accurate quantities and product codes.
  • Verify the quality of products picked, adhering to strict standards to prevent damaged or expired items.
  • Accurately document and label all orders, utilizing interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, and operating material handling equipment safely.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
