Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Management

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and present high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and quality control to ensure that our customers receive the best possible dining experience.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Work Setting

Restaurant or similar food service establishment

Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to lift and move heavy objects
