We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Kaipings Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to maintain our commitment to using only the best.
- Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Minimum 1-7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
- English language proficiency.
