Job Title: Executive Chef
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Harbourview Inn & Suites. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
