Job Summary

Accrual Accounting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area
- Provide basic information to clients and the public
- Obtain and process information required to provide customer service
- Operate the switchboard or telephone system
- Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked supply closet
- Record and relay information, schedule appointments, and send invoices
- Maintain accurate work records and logs, and receive and issue payments

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-7 months of experience in a front office or administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
