Sadaiv Education Consulting seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an essential member of our staff, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient office procedures, managing correspondence, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

You will be working closely with our team to provide exceptional administrative support, including maintaining records, compiling data, and performing various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Correspondence: Manage and respond to incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and complete administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in an administrative role.
  • Language: Proficient in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
