Quality Control Supervisor

Nu-Tech Rollforming Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Foreman/Woman to oversee the production process and ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate Costs and Materials: Conduct thorough analyses to determine the most cost-effective materials and equipment for production.
- Prepare Production Reports: Develop and maintain accurate records of production progress, including timelines, budgets, and quality control metrics.
- Recruit and Hire Workers: Identify, recruit, and hire skilled workers to join the production team, ensuring a strong and diverse workforce.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of production team members.
- Coordinate and Schedule Activities: Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to protect workers and maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage Company Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
- Requisition Materials and Equipment: Source and procure high-quality materials and equipment to support production needs.
- Set Up Machines and Equipment: Ensure all production equipment is properly set up and maintained to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Supervise Workers and Projects: Provide guidance, support, and oversight to production team members, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Use CNC Machines: Operate and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality products.Industry Experience
- Machinery and Metal Equipment Products Manufacturing: Proven experience in the manufacturing of machinery and metal equipment products, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control procedures.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality control.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Tight Deadlines: Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with production team members, management, and external stakeholders.
- Organized: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 1-2 Years of Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or quality control role, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Permanent Employment: Permanent employment with a reputable company, with a strong focus on quality control and production excellence.
- English Language: Fluency in English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 40-44 Hours per Week: Ability to work 40-44 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
