Key Responsibilities- Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Production Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Operations Management: Oversee the operation of our company, including managing resources, equipment, and personnel.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with production staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that may impact production or quality, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, manufacturing, or quality control.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a quality control or production management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
