About Nu-Tech Rollforming Inc.

We are a leading manufacturer of machinery and metal equipment products, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Manage Costs: Oversee the estimation and management of costs and materials for production and other reports.
  • Production Planning: Prepare and coordinate production plans, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, and train workers, as well as oversee staffing actions and employee development.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the operation of the company, including the management of equipment, supplies, and resources.
  • Project Supervision: Supervise workers and projects, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Set up and maintain machines and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Communication: Foster excellent oral and written communication, ensuring clear and effective communication with employees, management, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Machinery and metal equipment products manufacturing.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
What We Offer
