Job Summary:
Santis Health is seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR professional to fill the role of Vice President of Human Resources. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and enhance organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent in the consulting field and build a diverse and skilled workforce
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression
- Establish and refine performance management systems that promote accountability and continuous improvement
- Evaluate and enhance compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably within the consulting industry or similar professional services environment
- Proven track record of building and scaling HR departments, including structuring agile HR teams to effectively support business growth
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
