Administrative Coordinator
At Transtar Logistics Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, coordinating and planning for office services, and assembling data for reports and correspondence. Responsibilities:
* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
* Delegate work to office support staff
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
* Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience
* Strong administrative background
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
Work Environment:
* 35 hours per week
* Permanent position
* Work language: English
