We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our Kindred Home Care team as a Care Support Specialist.

As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our caregivers, clients, and their families. You will be responsible for coordinating service delivery, scheduling, and communication with our team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service delivery and scheduling to ensure seamless support for our clients
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and families to address scheduling challenges and concerns
  • Manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and system tasks to provide exceptional customer support
  • Provide administrative support and data entry to maintain accurate records
  • Establish strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and regional teams to ensure excellent care and support
  • Maintain accurate schedules and caregiver availability records
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure the highest level of care and support

Requirements:

  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective relationship-building skills, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think quickly and re-prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in scheduling and customer service a plus
  • Ability to work from home with minimal supervision
  • Positive, flexible, and reliable attitude

Hours:

The Care Support Specialist will work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support our 24/7 operations. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
