Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service delivery and daily scheduling to ensure seamless support for our clients and caregivers.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and families to address scheduling challenges and provide timely solutions.
  • Manage a high volume of tasks, including data entry, administrative support, and customer communication.
  • Build strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and regional teams to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure the well-being of our clients and staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proficiency in technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in scheduling and customer service is an asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an asset.
