Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service delivery and daily scheduling to ensure seamless support for our clients and caregivers.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and families to address scheduling challenges and provide timely updates.
  • Manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and system tasks to ensure efficient and responsive support.
  • Provide general administrative support and data entry to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Establish strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and regional teams to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Maintain accurate schedules and caregiver availability records to ensure optimal support.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Effective relationship-building skills, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing priorities and environments.
  • Experience in scheduling and customer service would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to work from home with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Positive, flexible, and reliable attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional support.
