Care Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Kindred Home Care.
As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our caregivers, clients, and their families. You will be responsible for coordinating service delivery, scheduling, and communication with our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service delivery and scheduling to ensure seamless support for our clients
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and families to address scheduling challenges
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and system tasks
- Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry
- Establish strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and regional teams
- Maintain accurate schedules and caregiver availability records
- Identify and escalate potential risks to ensure the highest level of care
Requirements:
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective relationship-building skills and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Positive, flexible, and reliable attitude
