About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stage Experience and Services Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Training & Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing Beauty Advisors to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Facilitate regular training sessions to enhance Beauty Advisors' product knowledge and sales skills.
- Client Experience
- Ensure timely and effective response to all client feedback and concerns.
- Act as the Client Experience Lead (CEL) within the store, driving initiatives to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Talent Management
- Recruit, select, and develop high-performing Beauty Advisors to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage the interviewing and hiring process for all direct reports.
- Store Operations
- Understand and communicate store goals, opportunities, and trends to Beauty Advisors.
- Ensure Beauty Advisors are aligned with store objectives and are equipped to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
- Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams.
- Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
