About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stage Experience and Services Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Development
    • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing Beauty Advisors to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
    • Facilitate regular training sessions to enhance Beauty Advisors' product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Client Experience
    • Ensure timely and effective response to all client feedback and concerns.
    • Act as the Client Experience Lead (CEL) within the store, driving initiatives to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Talent Management
    • Recruit, select, and develop high-performing Beauty Advisors to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
    • Manage the interviewing and hiring process for all direct reports.
  • Store Operations
    • Understand and communicate store goals, opportunities, and trends to Beauty Advisors.
    • Ensure Beauty Advisors are aligned with store objectives and are equipped to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Employee Engagement

    • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
