Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing Beauty Advisors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales.
- Client Experience: Lead the client experience initiative within the store, ensuring timely responses to client feedback and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Talent Management: Recruit, select, and develop top talent for the store, including Beauty Advisors and other retail leadership roles.
- Store Operations: Collaborate with the store leadership team to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting Sephora's values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
- Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
