Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team at Jag's MJM Furniture Showcase Ltd dba Jag's Furniture & Mattress. The successful candidate will be responsible for authorizing returns, establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language
