Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server to join our team at East Side Mario's Oakville. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to customers, answering any questions they may have.
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
    • Perform sensory evaluation of wines to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
    • Stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 hours per week.
