About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Head Over Heels. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and equipment
  • Drink Service
    • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer
    • Take orders from serving staff and patrons
  • Customer Service
    • Provide recommendations on drink selections
    • Collect payment for beverages
  • Inventory Management
    • Store and manage beverage and food products
Work Environment

As a Bartender at Head Over Heels, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral communication skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Positive attitude and client focus
