Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide recommendations on drink selections, serve food or snacks, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate a cash register, collect payments, and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels of beverages and supplies, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with serving staff and other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Work Environment

As a Bartender at Neighbourhood Pub, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or bar environment

  • Hours: 35 hours per week
