Bartender - Mixology Expert

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Hotel Arts. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and creating a unique beverage experience in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, and other beverages to guests
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Meet sales and profit goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • Valid ProServe Certificate required
  • 2-5 years of previous food service, bartending or restaurant experience required
  • 1+ years of bartending knowledge and experience with classic cocktails, spirits, and high volume bartending
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand/walk throughout shift and lift trays of up to 20 lbs.
