Bartender - Mixology Expert

At Sub Rosa, we are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
- Beverage Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our beverage menu, including cocktails, wine, and beer, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
- Bar Operations: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies and equipment as needed, and adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and provide exceptional service to our guests.
- SmartServe Certification: Must be certified in SmartServe, a recognized beverage service training program.
- Education and Experience: A degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar environment.
- Skills and Abilities: Impeccable wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
