We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our Mental Health & Substance Use team in Williams Lake, B.C.
As a member of our team, you will provide assessment, treatment, case management, and community support to individuals with serious mental health problems, substance use issues, and/or developmental disabilities.
You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary care team to ensure timely and responsive treatment and clinical supports across the continuum of available services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, treatment, and case management services to individuals with mental health and substance use issues
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide community support and education to individuals and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- Graduation from an approved school of nursing
- Two years' recent related experience in a mental health and substance use environment
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
- Current valid B.C. driver's license
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly wage of $41.42 - $55.91 per hour
