We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Williams Lake, BC. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Job Description
This permanent full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, based on experience, plus shift premiums and benefits. The Clinical Nurse Practitioner will work in a variety of clinical settings, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to clients across the lifespan
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve client-centered care
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet client needs
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Nursing from a recognized university
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Experience working as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse in a similar setting
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities
