Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizzawingsandsnacks. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Relations: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to drive sales growth.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
