Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Rapid Healthcare Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
