Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters- Georgetown, ON. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and equipment to enhance the culinary experience for our customers.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create new menu items and specials that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a kitchen team and improving kitchen operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
