We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 14541766 Canada Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.
Job Summary:The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning and executing menus, estimating food requirements, and supervising kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute menus, taking into account nutritional value, presentation, and flavor profiles.
- Estimate food requirements, manage inventory, and maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Supervise kitchen staff, provide training, and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Recruit and hire staff, manage kitchen operations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position, 33 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
