  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling proposal content that meets client needs.
  • Ensure proposal content is well-organized, easy to read, and free of errors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve proposal development processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in proposal management, with a proven track record of successful bid outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of proposal development processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Experience with proposal writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a proposal team or related field.
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry and its trends.
  • Understanding of technology and its role in process improvement.
  • Membership of APMP.
