- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proposal accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.
- Manage proposal budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective proposal development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling proposal content that meets client needs.
- Ensure proposal content is well-organized, easy to read, and free of errors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve proposal development processes.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in proposal management, with a proven track record of successful bid outcomes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of proposal development processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Experience with proposal writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Ability to travel as required to meet business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a proposal team or related field.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry and its trends.
- Understanding of technology and its role in process improvement.
- Membership of APMP.
