Customer Service Team Lead

G19 Graphics Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, the Customer Service Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional customer service standards, managing customer relationships, and resolving complex customer issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior management.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes, develop and implement efficient solutions, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and senior management, ensuring seamless information exchange and collaboration.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of customer service experience.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
