About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at All Weather Windows. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of customers, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Develop new business with existing customers and identify new business prospects within the territory.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, handle quoting processes, and manage customer expectations.
- Marketing Support: Represent All Weather Windows at industry events and trade shows, and engage in training to broaden industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an account management role, with business development experience.
- Ability to deliver excellent account management and customer satisfaction.
- Related education in marketing, communications, sales, business, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, persuasion, and negotiation skills are required.
- Ability to work within an ERP/CRM system is required.
- Ability to conduct in-depth sales presentations, including product demonstrations, is required.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) experience is required.
- Class 5 driver's license along with a clear driver's abstract is required.
- Must pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Testing.
