Key Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead a team of 3-4 chefs, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions that meet customer demands and drive sales growth.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality, freshness, and safety, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, storage, and preparation of ingredients, managing inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profits.
  • Labor Cost Control: Analyze labor costs and develop strategies to optimize staffing levels, reducing unnecessary expenses while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or equivalent in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skillset: Proven track record of menu innovation, cost control, and team leadership; excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
