We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bombay Bar and Grill. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled culinary professional to lead our kitchen and develop new menu ideas.

Job Summary

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all dishes served in our restaurant. This includes developing new recipes, estimating food costs, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and specials
  • Estimate food costs and labor requirements
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff
  • Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful menu ideas
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
