Wood's Homes, a leading mental health centre in Calgary, is seeking a highly skilled Program Development Lead to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee the development and coordination of programs across our organization. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and promoting high-quality services that align with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children, young people, and families in our community.
  • Provide supervision, training, and evaluation of program staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and programs to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with funders and referral sources.
  • Monitor and review treatment interventions and case management practices.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Social Sciences or a related field at the undergraduate level (graduate preferred).
  • Current proof of professional registration may be required.
  • A full class 5 driver's license with $2 million liability insurance.
  • Drivers Abstract with no more than 6 demerits.
  • Experience working with young people and families.
  • Experience in supervising and managing staff.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $85,000 - $105,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
