Tenant Support Specialist

The Ontario Municipal Social Services Association is seeking a Tenant Support Specialist to provide support to vulnerable tenants in our portfolio. This role involves making referrals to community agencies and providing resources to tenants to improve their quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a Social Services Worker Diploma or Social Work degree and experience working in a social housing environment. They will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as knowledge of community and social programs. The successful candidate will be able to exercise independence and integrity while working in a non-standard environment. They will also have a valid Ontario Driver's license and be able to travel. The salary range for this position is $52,173.00 per annum.

Requirements
  • Social Services Worker Diploma or Social Work degree
