About the Role- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week
- Location: Remote (must be based in Canada)
- Sales Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties, hiring and training new staff, and resolving issues that may arise.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize payments, and oversee inventory management to ensure efficient sales processes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Cash and Payroll Management: Manage cash transactions, oversee payroll administration, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
- Language: English (fluency required).
- Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (depending on experience).
